Studies on oxidative stress

This is an experiment that demonstrates how DHA exerts antioxidant protection in living cells (ARPE-19 Human Retinal Pigment Epithelium, and in human skin Fibroblasts).

We observed how after inducing oxidative stress in retinal cell culture (adding an oxidizing substance to the culture), these cells show intense oxidative stress in the form of fluorescence.
